The kiosk or information point provides visitors with an interactive and enriching experience.

The kiosk will be equipped with a system for gathering statistical usage data. This will allow us to obtain valuable information about the number of visits to the kiosk, the enquiries made by tourists and the most in-demand services. This data will help get a better understanding of the needs and preferences of our visitors, which in turn will help us to continually improve the tourist experience and adapt our products and services more effectively.

The kiosk will also be designed with accessibility for people with wheelchairs in mind. The kiosk screen and controls will be located at an appropriate height and will be accessible to all persons. This will ensure that all visitors, regardless of their physical condition, can fully enjoy the information and features.

The kiosk will also feature a digital signage system for the publication of events and activities; using this feature, it will be possible to keep visitors informed about special events, festivals, exhibitions and other activities that will take place during their stay.

The information kiosk will also be equipped with resistant and hard-wearing features that make them suitable for outdoor installation. It will be designed using robust materials resistant to adverse weather conditions, guaranteeing optimal operation year round

The STRAAT FLOOR outdoor kiosks (both wall-mounted and floor-mounted) boast major safety and insulation features:

•  Security locks.
•  Electrical system protected against electrical surges and short circuits.
•  Internal ventilation system equipped with filters (and with optional air conditioning).
•  Insulated using rubber seals to prevent the entry of water
•  Content software.

STRAAT FLOOR features an application called INFOTOURIST OFFICE, which features a design, edition, configuration, production and content management module. The presentation of this content is not in the form of a website, but rather an information point, making it easier for the user to comfortably browse the different menu options.
