With a one-of-a-kind and highly effective methodology constructed in collaboration with the main associations of people with disabilities in Spain and endorsed by renowned organszations including ENAT (European Network for Accessible Tourism) and SETUR.

IMPULSA EQUALDAD is committed to the development of inclusive tourism as a core right for people with disabilities. They are staunchly committed to ensuring equal access to tourism experiences with a view to improving the tourism quality of all destinations.

The institution specialises in close cooperation with tourist destinations and companies in the sector to develop strategies and solutions that guarantee accessibility to all people with disabilities across its more than 20 years of experience in the sector. It is the first institution to prepare a Strategic Plan for Accessible Tourism in Spain.

It currently cooperates with a large number of national and international destinations, supporting them in the development of their strategic plans, action programmes, diagnoses and actions to improve accessible and inclusive tourism for all people in destinations.

The keys for maintaining their position of leadership in this field are based on the following:

•  Proven experience: they work successfully on a variety of projects, making destinations and services accessible and inclusive for everybody.
•  Constant innovation: they maintain an innovative mentality by forging strategic partnerships to create solutions that are leaders in tourist accessibility.
