Registration is done both through the PAU, and from the register button, using your email, and requires verification. Within the PAU By clicking "Login", you will be redirected - momentarily - to the secure Microsoft Entra ID platform (login.microsoftonline.com). If it's your first time, you'll be able to create an account right then and there. If you already have an account, you can log in directly.

Access is via OTP. You do not need to enter a password: You will receive a single-use code (OTP) by email. Once validated, you will automatically return to the PAU with your session logged in.

- Guest / Not registered: Guest users can freely browse the public interface of the Marketplace, explore solutions and publishers, consult opinions, use the advanced search engine with filters and voice search, access news and use the virtual assistant for general information. However, they cannot download solutions or interact directly with content beyond the query.

- Consumer (authenticated user): Registered consumers have full access to download solutions and access external links, manage their transaction history, set up subscriptions and notifications, organize favorites, and actively participate by contributing opinions and reviews. In addition, they receive custom support as authenticated users.

- Publisher (authenticated user): Publishers can create and manage their solutions on the Marketplace, access a dashboard of their publications, edit their public profile, post notifications, review and moderate feedback received, view detailed performance statistics, and provide direct support to users of their solutions.

You must be registered as a consumer and log in.

You can only rate a solution if you have purchased it (downloaded or accessed the external link).

This happens if you have added or subscribed to solutions or publishers to favorites. Go to the subscriptions section to disable them.

From your user panel, accessing the subscriptions section, you can activate or deactivate notifications of solutions, publishers or the Marketplace itself.

Use the Marketplace contact form for incidents, questions and suggestions by accessing the section through the top navigation bar. Publishers have a specific channel of attention for requests sent through the contact form.

Before publishing your solutions it is necessary that you register your entity in your private area of the PAU. Once the application has been reviewed and approved by the PIA team, your entity will be registered and you can start requesting access to all services, in this case, the Marketplace as a solution publisher. The request for access to the Marketplace is managed through a form from your private space in the PAU. The fields to fill in the Marketplace Access form are: the name of the first solution you will publish, the type of solution and which audience it is aimed at.

Make sure you have filled in all the required fields in the creation form.

Check the status of the solution from the panel of your solutions, since, after uploading, before becoming public, the solutions go through verifications, both automatic and manual, to ensure the security of the solution and the veracity of the information provided. Once these verifications have been successfully passed, the solution will be published on the Marketplace and will be available to all users. In case of not overcoming the revisions, the solution will be marked with an incident status and a message will be displayed indicating the detected problem, so that it can be corrected by updating the solution.
