PROA is an innovative software aimed at improving accessibility in the tourism sector. It provides tools for assessing accessibility in different tourist spaces and determining the improvements that can be made to promote inclusion:

• This is not only approached from a regulatory perspective, but also based on user experience.
• It does not represent a snapshop, rather a dynamic tool that allows improvements to be made in tourist destinations and thus detect how the destination’s accessibility changes and improves.

PROA works in three steps:

1. Registers companies and public agents interested in working towards accessibility and valuing their spaces.
2. Allows users to add and assess the accessibility of their tourist spaces.
3. Provides detailed reports on spaces, highlighting the areas for improvement.

It is a key tool for tourist destination managers who are interested in improving the visitor experience, determining the degree of accessibility in real time of their resources and serving as a reference in accessible tourism. PROA is a living initiative that is in constant evolution.
