Eurecat offers advanced technological solutions to assess the emotions of users attending a live event, thus making it possible to assess the attendee’s experience as part of the different activities available and help the organiser to improve the experience.

The measurement technology involves the use of wearable devices used for the concurrent recording of cardiac and electrodermal activity. This data is then subject to statistical processes to obtain an emotional map of the different areas included on the participants’ route, or to observe the synchronisation of responses between participants as a measure of engagement, in addition to other uses.
