IMPULSA EQUALDAD sets the benchmark in accessible tourism and its accessibility protocols and criteria have been approved by the entire disability sector. Since 2002, it has developed an Accessibility and Inclusive Tourism programme through which it aims to raise awareness, offer training, advice and research on accessibility and assist people with different needs, in the spheres of tourism and leisure, in collaboration with public institutions, foundations and private companies in the sector.

The virtual training platform serves as a space for online courses on different topics related to accessible tourism.

It also allows tourist destination and companies in the sector to design training tailored to the needs of their organisation in relation to the following topics:

• Universal accessibility and design for everyone.
• Accesible tourism for all.
• Customer service with a focus on accessibility needs.
• Accessibility criteria applicable to tourism, building and urban planning.
• Accessibility and CSR.
• Accessibility management in tourist establishments and destinations.
• How to organise accessible events.
• Accessible tourism workshops to “put yourself in my place.”
