Assistant that helps the tourism department to interact with tourists in 95 languages as well as drawing up automated reports with all the data gathered for the purpose of decision making.

Cicerone is the first Platform that uses Azure GPT to help tourist offices in the 3 stages of the tourist process, based on the future Smart Tourism Destination Platform, to get to know more about the tourist to retain them as well as a co-pilot to free up technicians from performing mechanical tasks.

Adapted to the Semantic Regulations of UNE 178503:2019 and UNE on website accessibility UNE-EN 301549:2022. Modules:
