The tool boasts content management functions as regards governance and companies, user management and a dashboard with customisable KPIs. It also features a booking gateway with QR ticketing and a smart activity recommender that uses smart systems to suggest experiences that best fit the needs of users, taking into consideration the influx, booking options, parking options, schedules or weather, as well as other factors, in real time.

The platform uses capacity control sensors and external sources to provide real-time information about the environment and features gamification tools to facilitate the collection of data from users in a friendly way in the form of quizzes and games. What’s more, applying geocaching mechanics, users can discover hidden corners and complete missions spread in the destination, encouraging visits to less
crowded areas and decongests the most frequented areas.

The platform helps tourism business managers to digitise their products and manage their bookings in a user-friendly and intuitive way using their mobile terminal, thus speeding up the interaction with their visitors. Finally, the platform generates indicators for tourist destination managers by monitoring user interaction with the platform. As a result, it is possible to establish the profile of users, their interests and their behaviour in the destination, making it possible to take correct strategic decisions to improve the tourist experience
and the quality of the service.
