CICLOPS DTI is the management software for management authorities in their transformation into Smart Tourism Destinations.

It can become a support tool to monitor the destination’s five key pillars (governance, innovation, technology, sustainability and accessibility).

In 2024, an Artificial Intelligence module will be rolled out to streamline, analyse and process the information incorporated in the reporting software and agile decision making.

It also features an API to connect it to the destination’s technological platform and the Smart Tourism Destination Platform. It can also be equipped with sensor APIs or destination tools for the purposes of measuring KPIs.

This technological solution speeds up the work of municipal teams in rolling out action plans in the Smart Tourism Destinations Network as well as other plans of interest in the destination.

Its biggest advantage is that it is permanently updated and aligned with the standards and indicators of UNE 178 501 and UNE178 502 and the Smart Tourism Destinations Network methodology.

This solution has been tested in different municipalities, can be adapted to the size of the team and is easy to implement. It includes a training module in digital skills for its users.
