URBIM is a SaaS platform (software as a service) that integrates tridimensional models (BIM) with data for optimised management and decision making, turning them into digital twins.

Urbim is structured around 4 fundamental pillars:

• Integrative: Facilitates the centralisation of all information from other software and platforms, databases and data models such as GIS and point clouds. This centralisation will enhance the value of data and decisions made.
• Cloud: This web platform enhances agility and security in the consumption of information.
• Scalable: Usability and information can be added as it is needed.
• Accessible: Information can be consumed by all types of user, in such a way that the manager and the tourist share the environment, but not the way in which it is displayed. The use of a 3D viewer will facilitate their consumption and understanding.

Using existing data and consolidating it in a single environment helps optimise processes and streamline actions, achieving data sustainability.

At present, Urbim has fully functional usage verticals for sensor management, maintenance, inventory and tourism.
